Terms of Service

1. What Ordenado does

Ordenado provides technology that lets you browse menus, place orders and pay restaurants online. Restaurants are independent businesses. Each restaurant sets its own menu, prices, hours, delivery area and fees, prepares the food, and is responsible for its quality, safety, ingredients and allergen information.

Dominican Food App is an editorial directory. Listings, guides and rankings are informational; inclusion does not mean a restaurant is affiliated with or endorsed by Ordenado, and editorial selection is independent of commercial participation.

2. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the restaurant. The order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. A restaurant may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or it cannot deliver to your address; if that happens after you paid, you will be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive your order. Estimated pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact the restaurant before ordering. Menu descriptions are provided by restaurants and may not list every ingredient.

Items that require age verification, if offered, may only be ordered by eligible adults and may require ID at pickup or delivery.

3. Prices and payment

Prices, taxes, delivery fees, service fees and tips are shown before you pay. Prices on restaurant ordering sites may differ from in-store or third-party marketplace prices.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Ordenado collects payment on behalf of the restaurant. By paying, you authorize the charge for the total shown. Your card statement may show Ordenado or the restaurant's name.

4. Orders through AI assistants and partners

If you ask an AI assistant or another partner to place an order or pay for you, you authorize that agent to act on your behalf for that order, and you are responsible for the order it submits as if you had placed it yourself. Ordenado is not responsible for the actions of third-party agents or platforms.

5. Promotions, loyalty and contests

Promotions, discount codes and loyalty rewards are subject to their stated conditions, have no cash value unless required by law, and may be changed or ended. Contests are governed by their own official rules.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no fraudulent orders or payments, no interfering with or scraping the Services in a way that harms them, no attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews or messages. We may refuse service, cancel orders or suspend access for violations.

7. Reviews and content you submit

You keep ownership of reviews, ratings, photos and nominations you submit. You give Ordenado a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and adapt them in connection with the Services. Your content must be honest and lawful.

8. Intellectual property

Ordenado, Dominican Food App and their logos, software and editorial content belong to Ordenado or its licensors. Restaurant names, logos and menus belong to the restaurants.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Ordenado disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Ordenado does not prepare food and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of restaurants, couriers or third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ordenado will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and Ordenado's total liability for any claim relating to the Services or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, please contact us at team@ordenado.ai so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version posted here with its effective date applies to orders placed after it is posted.
